As a React JS Developer, you will play a key role in developing bespoke applications for the banking domain. This position involves interfacing with clients to elicit technical requirements, as well as designing and developing technical components. Roles and Responsibilities
- Detailed Design. Collaborate with Technical Solution Architects and Functional Leads to create comprehensive design specifications.
- Development. Design and develop customer-facing web applications using React JS, Redux, and other technologies.
- Microservices Development. Work with Spring Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST APIs to create scalable solutions.
- SDLC Participation. Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, implementation, and maintenance.
- Agile Methodologies. Apply Agile and SCRUM methodologies in project execution.
- Team Leadership. Lead offshore teams while working in an onshore/offshore model.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in developing web applications using React JS, Redux, and Jest.
- Strong experience with Core JAVA, J2EE, SQL, and Spring technologies (Spring Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Bamboo) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
- Experience in log analysis (Splunk) and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Solid understanding of design and development of customer-facing applications.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
