Must-Have
- Object-Oriented Design
- Strong understanding and application of object-oriented design principles.
- Ruby 2.0 / Rails 4.1 (MVC & Multi-Tenancy):
- Proficient in Ruby 2.0 and Rails 4.1, with expertise in MVC architecture and multi-tenancy concepts.
Front-end Technologies
- Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including a deep understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM), Ajax, JSON, XML Parsing, and jQuery.
- Basic RDBMS Knowledge
- Fundamental knowledge of any RDBMS, preferably MySQL.
Good-to-Have
- Advanced MySQL
- Skills in query tuning, partitioning, and understanding of replication basics in MySQL.
- Search Technologies
- Experience with Apache Solr/Lucene for search functionalities and Redis for caching.
- MongoDB and Java Connectivity
- Familiarity with MongoDB setup, understanding of sharding, and knowledge of Java connectivity.
Jquery Mobile
- Knowledge or experience with jQuery Mobile for responsive web development.
- Full-Text Search Tools
- Experience with tools for full-text search to enhance search capabilities.
