We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Operations Associate to join our global sales and operations team. In this hybrid role, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home and our LinkedIn offices, balancing your work environment based on what’s best for you and your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership. Lead critical projects with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions on forecast modeling, territory optimization, product mix analysis, and process improvements.
- Planning & Analysis. Drive our annual strategic planning, from territory planning to financial planning, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement. Gather requirements and manage projects to enhance sales processes and technology, boosting sales rep productivity.
- Executive Reporting. Produce actionable insights that are utilized in executive and board-level presentations, gaining management confidence in your work.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Establish strong relationships with business operations, sales management, and systems teams to achieve objectives independently.
- Operational Partnership. Collaborate with sales executives on operational and strategic requests to drive business success.
Qualifications
Basic
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or data analytics.
- 2+ years of experience working with sales organizations.
Preferred
- MBA or relevant business degree.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL/relational databases, Hadoop, and reporting tools like Tableau.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for driving decision-making beyond the numbers.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment, and willingness to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
