In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, crafting and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions, and providing ongoing support for various sales-related applications.
What You'll Do
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Engage stakeholders to elicit and meticulously document business requirements.
- Refine user stories and meticulously document business processes, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analyses.
- Develop insightful solutions for lead assignment, opportunity management, account teams, and other custom flows within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity and continuity in solution design.
Solution Design and Implementation
- Leverage your expertise to configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and related managed applications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze information needs and refine functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and drive prompt resolution of production support incidents to minimize business impact.
You've Got What It Takes If You Have…
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator status, with additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Sales Consultant preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Marketo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with ease.
- Experience in B2B sales environments and supporting sales operations, marketing operations, and BDR teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
