About the Job
We are actively seeking immediate joiners for the position of Salesforce Senior Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be based in Noida, contributing your expertise in Salesforce, APEX, and VisualForce pages. Responsibilities
- Salesforce Development Leadership
- Serve as a senior-level developer for Salesforce.com, taking a lead role in development initiatives.
- Develop high-quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with critical business functions and project objectives.
Development Lifecycle
- Contribute to the entire development cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, initial pilot/production launch, deployment, and production support.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of the Salesforce instance.
Enhancements and Integrations
- Design, develop, and maintain enhancements and integrations to Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and development to meet evolving business needs.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with various departments to gather technical details, requirements, and implement solutions.
- Work effectively in a multi-vendor environment, adapting to changing needs and fostering collaboration.
Stay Updated
Remain current on new Salesforce features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.
Essential Skills
- Salesforce expertise, including APEX and VisualForce pages.
- Thorough understanding of Agile Scrum concepts and techniques.
Qualifications
- 4-9 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven track record in developing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
