As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Mentoring. Mentor junior developers, including the client’s technical staff, and lead a team of developers and analysts in a coordinated manner.
- Project Management. Drive projects to completion with minimal direct supervision, ensuring all delivery commitments are met.
- Collaboration. Collaborate smoothly with clients and team resources, articulating complex requirements clearly.
- Analytical Skills. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

Required Technical Skills
- Salesforce Expertise. 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Custom Applications. Direct experience building Salesforce-based custom applications to meet specific business needs.
- Experience Cloud. Minimum 1 project experience building customer/partner portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Team Leadership. Proven ability to lead a team of developers and analysts effectively.
- Agile Environment. Experience delivering quality technical outcomes in an Agile project management environment.
- Issue Resolution. Proven experience in driving the resolution of identified data and processing issues.
- Salesforce Platforms. Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and products, including Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Technical Delivery. Hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom Apex coding.
- Integration. Direct experience integrating Salesforce with both internal and external partner systems seamlessly.
- Security Models. Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, with a focus on leveraging permission sets.
- Best Practices. Strong understanding and ability to enforce Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Impact Assessment. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.org and related systems.
- Custom Development. Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Certifications. Must have Salesforce Admin and PD1 certification.
