We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Vlocity Sr. Developer with a strong background in the Life Insurance domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Salesforce/Vlocity development, with a focus on large-scale engagements and delivering exceptional results. You will play a key role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement CRM Solutions. Design and build end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Requirement Analysis. Gather and analyze business requirements, create comprehensive solution design documents.
- Lead Vlocity Development. Develop Vlocity components, including CPQ and Order Management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customer Workshops. Conduct workshops during project discovery and support pre-sales activities by estimating the scope of work.
- Integration Design. Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Team Leadership. Oversee and mentor team members, ensuring high productivity and quality of work.
- Stay Updated. Keep abreast of the latest technologies and functionalities in Salesforce/Vlocity.
Required Skills
Salesforce/Vlocity Development
- Extensive experience with Salesforce/Vlocity Omnistudio platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with integration using SOAP and REST APIs.
Technical Skills
- Application development and integration using various design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Relevant Salesforce/Vlocity certifications (e.g., Vlocity CPQ, OM certifications).
Project Management and Client Interaction
- Proven experience managing external client projects and working on large Salesforce/Vlocity engagements.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Functional Understanding
- Proficient in Sales, Service, Community, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) clouds.
