As an SAP EWM Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering SAP solutions that transform our clients' supply chain and warehouse management processes. You’ll use your expertise to lead projects, build client relationships, and ensure successful SAP EWM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership. Manage SAP EWM projects from conception to delivery, including hands-on design and configuration.
- Client Relationships. Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining trust and demonstrating the value of SAP solutions.
- Solution Development. Create and implement innovative SAP EWM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Team Leadership. Lead and mentor SAP WM/EWM teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Sales and Business Development. Contribute to sales efforts, including crafting proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Continuous Learning. Stay updated with SAP technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance client solutions.
- Travel. This role may require travel, varying from 0% to 100% based on client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience. At least 5 years of experience in SAP WM/EWM modules and a minimum of 2 years leading WM/EWM and/or SAP Supply Chain teams.
- Implementation Experience. Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration.
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Skills. Strong expertise in SAP EWM, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
