Role Overview
As an AI/ML Senior Technical Lead at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and solution incubation. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and business/marketing knowledge. You will collaborate with global practice teams, implementation teams, and product engineering teams to delve into emerging product roadmaps, address customer problems, and derive referential deliverables for implementation teams. This role is dynamic, involving research, learning, and demonstrating AI and Generative AI capabilities within Adobe's ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to understand AI and Generative AI features and functionalities being developed on Digital experience products.
• Assess and understand emerging Large Language Models (LLM) suitable for consulting and co-pilot needs.
• Define the path forward for fine-tuning LLM models for consulting services use cases.
• Define and help build APIs for various products to deliver AI/ML-based solutions to other teams.
• Clean and understand datasets for networks, interpret network outputs, and make them comprehensible for other teams.
• Create networks that curate media, and build models for legal predictive analytics, natural language understanding, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Support the development of proofs of concept to demonstrate the application of AI/ML capabilities in solving customer problems.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different machine learning models and algorithms.
• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning solutions, including data exploration, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Provide statistical input and solutions to help product teams make better decisions.
• Report on customer trends and deployment performance, identifying areas for improvement using ML/Data science solutions.

Must-Have

• 8+ years of overall experience working in web analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with large language models like GPT, LLAMA, BERT, or Transformer-based architectures.
• Experience in deploying AI applications powered by complex deep learning models in the field of NLP.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, LP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning (TensorFlow and Pytorch).
• Solid understanding of the production machine learning workflow.
• Strong technical knowledge of Predictive Modeling, Feature Engineering/Scaling, Model Evaluation, and Model Selection.
• Experience in fine-tuning and customizing LLM.
• Experience in prompt engineering.

Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
