As part of the remote front-end team, you will focus on developing the user interface using React and other cutting-edge front-end technologies. Collaboration with server-side developers and quantitative analysts will be essential in designing a rich API.
Key Responsibilities
- Join a team of 25 React and C# developers, organized into feature teams, to keep up with the growing business.
- Work on critical components, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers as well as quantitative analysts.
- Develop C# .NET Core 3.1 services that interface with a proprietary C++ quant library and present results via a React frontend.
- Utilize Linux-based AWS infrastructure with large calculations distributed over multiple instances, messaging via Redis.
- Manage source control, CI/CD, and issue tracking using GitLab, with daily deployments to production using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Programme Managers to prioritize features and coordinate workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of C# experience, including large system development.
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Risk, Stock Exchange, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core 3.1, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, Git/GitLab, and development environments like VS2019, VS2022, Rider, and VSCode.
