As a Senior Design Manager at Microsoft's Business Applications & Platforms Studio, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in Supply Chain Management. You will lead and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. Your primary focus will be on driving the vision for Microsoft’s offering in Supply Chain Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and championing user-centered design principles. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Drive the vision for Microsoft’s offering in Supply Chain Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research to gain insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with overall product goals.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, providing design leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the design team.
- Contribute to a welcoming and safe working space, fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of industry experience in UX design for products and/or services.
- People Management experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written and able to present your work to peers and leaders across disciplines.
Advantages

- Ability to deliver success despite moments of ambiguity, helping drive clarity amongst the team.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to incorporate it into every stage of the design process.
