We’re seeking a proactive and solution-oriented DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines. You will join a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking team that thrives on innovation and continuous learning.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the DevOps Architect and various cross-functional teams to streamline the software delivery process and enhance operational efficiency. From toolchain integration to infrastructure automation, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our DevOps capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders on presales activities and solution design during pre-studies.
- Analyze customer requirements and network operations to recommend tailored DevOps solutions.
- Design scalable and reliable software delivery workflows with an eye on performance, cost, and time-to-market.
- Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts, software components, and DevOps tooling.
- Install, configure, and integrate key DevOps tools to support application deployment and orchestration.
- Execute integration and system-level tests to ensure end-to-end reliability and performance.
- Continuously monitor and improve delivery pipelines, fostering a culture of optimization and agility.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture across the team.
- 8+ years of exp with Devops is must.

- Infrastructure as Code. Terraform, Ansible
- Programming & Scripting. Python, Shell scripting
- Containers & Orchestration. Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift
- CI/CD Tools. Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, BitBucket, SonarQube, Helm, Spinnaker
- Cloud Platforms. AWS, GCP, Azure (private/public/hybrid clouds)
- DevOps Practices. CI/CD, Continuous Deployment/Delivery (CDD), Monitoring
- Operating Systems. Strong Linux administration experience
- Microservices & Frameworks. Spring Boot, Containerized Microservices
