Key Responsibilities
- Tool Development. Develop and maintain tools and processes that automate technical systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across operations.
- Collaboration. Work closely with development teams, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software changes.
- Monitoring and Response. Implement continuous monitoring strategies and respond swiftly to any issues affecting technical performance or delivery.
- Coordination. Coordinate efforts across multiple departments to facilitate software releases, minimizing downtime and disruptions during the process.
- Infrastructure Review. Regularly review the health and security of infrastructure, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience. 8-12 years of experience operating and maintaining high-availability IT infrastructure.
- Big Data Proficiency. Experience in maintaining and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
- Analytical Skills. Strong analytic skills for working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Cloud Platforms. Proficient in governance and operational principles on cloud platforms.
- Project Management. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with a history of supporting cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
