What You’ll Do
- Architect, develop, test, and maintain sophisticated web applications and mobile solutions using Laravel and React.js.
- Build and integrate secure, scalable RESTful APIs and connect with third-party services and platforms.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices in development and documentation.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and launch new features.
- Optimize front-end and back-end performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Ensure high code quality with strong focus on clean architecture, unit testing, and reusability.
- Continuously explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve the development process.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, QA, and production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in full stack development.
- Deep hands-on expertise with PHP and Laravel framework.
- Strong command of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proven experience in API design, development, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong version control skills using Git/GitHub.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, debugging skills, and system design knowledge.
- Great communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with Docker, containers, and container orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.
- Exposure to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Understanding of mobile development workflows or cross-platform tools.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress, etc.
