Leadership and Development
- Mentor junior software developers, fostering a culture of high-quality software development
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and testing
- Drive the development of high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions
- Write, test, and debug complex code and software systems
Operations
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of various systems
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design optimal solutions
Learning and Growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating these into development practices where appropriate
Communication
- Effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Present technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions
This Role Requires
- Extensive experience with PHP and TypeScript
- Experience in Yii2, React, NodeJS
- In-depth knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, AWS infrastructure, Lambda, Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD and version control systems like Git
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on debugging and root cause analysis
- Ability to drive technical innovation and efficiency in software development practices
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
