As a Java Developer at Conduent, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of enterprise-class applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC technologies. 

Responsibilities

• Analysis, development, and deployment of software solutions
• Utilizing object-oriented programming principles
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC frameworks
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate and MyBatis
• Creation and consumption of RESTful APIs
• Writing SQL queries and interacting with database systems such as Oracle
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and branching strategies
• Adherence to coding standards, design standards, and thorough documentation
• Proactively identifying alternatives for problem-solving
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Accountability/Communication

• Work independently on assigned tasks and demonstrate ownership
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives and proposing improvements
• Manage defect-tracking systems and provide timely resolutions
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously develop skills
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Provide support and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Remain flexible to changing priorities and multitask effectively
