As a Lead Software Quality Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our document management solutions. Working in a dynamic Agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with developers and leads to deliver scalable and innovative enterprise solutions.

Role And Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance Leadership. Develop and execute test strategies to ensure the highest product quality. Mentor team members and collaborate with developers to design and deliver key product features.
  2. Test Automation. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes. Create and maintain automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Technical Expertise. Utilize strong problem-solving skills and technical competence to identify, research, and resolve issues. Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C++ and scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.
  4. Test Case Development. Design and execute test cases, reporting metrics on quality and ensuring adherence to exceptional development standards.
  5. Continuous Learning. Proactively learn new languages, libraries, and platforms to adapt quickly to changing requirements. Stay updated on the latest advancements in software testing methodologies and technologies.
  6. Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, identify testing requirements, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E/B.Tech/MCA).
  • 7+ years of professional testing/automation experience on products or SDKs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in programming languages like Java and C++ and scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and executing test cases, with a focus on test automation frameworks and architectures.
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and maintaining unit tests, coded UI tests, and functional test development.
