Job Description

As an AI/ML Research Engineer within the Document Cloud team in Noida, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge PDF solutions that span across web, mobile, desktop, and platform APIs. The team processes billions of PDFs every month using ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex problems by combining Vision, Image Processing, NLP, and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms utilizing deep learning and state-of-the-art methods in NLP and computer vision.
• Create experiments, algorithms, and solutions designed for high accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate across multiple research and engineering disciplines, making tradeoffs to rapidly deliver AI/ML software solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science; MS/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep-learning models, image processing, vision, and/or NLP.
• Proficient in writing efficient, clean, and reusable code in Python; knowledge of C++ is preferred.
• Broad Machine Learning experience covering data, modeling, metrics, and analysis of results.
• Experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to Deep Learning concepts like CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, network architecture, tuning, transfer learning, and multi-task learning.
• Proven experience in building solutions from scratch and writing maintainable code within large existing codebases.
• Strong software development skills encouraging code reuse among engineers and researchers.
