Responsibilities
- Deploy machine learning models in production systems, collaborating closely with ML scientists.
- Address engineering challenges by building scalable platforms and infrastructure for data processing, storage, and model training.
- Automate ML workflows to streamline productivity across training, evaluation, and testing phases.
- Partner with stakeholders to strategize and scale ML/AI applications in production environments.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and lead initiatives in ML engineering.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Scientist or Engineer.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL/MySQL.
- Expertise in ML ops with experience in building large-scale ML applications, services, and pipelines.
- Strong understanding of ML system design and distributed processing architectures (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kubeflow).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning theory and tools (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially AWS, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservice architectures, and RESTful web services.
- Contributions to the ML community through publications in top conferences or involvement in open-source projects.
