Key Responsibilities
End-to-End ML Solution Development
- Develop and deploy production-ready ML models that cater to a large user base.
- Build scalable and efficient ML pipelines using Python and cloud services.
- Architect, design, and optimize solutions for high performance and scalability.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Lead technical discussions, making informed decisions on ML models, algorithms, and infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Conduct technical workshops for clients and internal teams.
Cloud & MLOps Implementation
- Deploy and manage models on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring best practices in cloud computing and security.
- Implement MLOps methodologies for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Optimize workflows using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native services.
Innovation & Research
- Stay updated with state-of-the-art ML research, exploring and evaluating emerging AI technologies.
- Drive internal innovation by experimenting with cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and algorithms.
- Ensure best practices in model explainability, fairness, and ethical AI.
Business Alignment & Strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical clients and leadership.
- Support sales teams in identifying opportunities and landing high-impact ML projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python with proficiency in software development best practices.
- Experience deploying ML models at scale using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A coaching and knowledge-sharing mindset, willing to mentor junior engineers.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)
- Experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI techniques.
