Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend solutions using C# and .NET Core.
- Architect and implement service layers and API integration in distributed environments.
- Leverage cloud-native databases such as DynamoDB, SQL, and ElasticCache for application data needs.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, unit testing, and test automation to ensure the highest code quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines are in place for seamless deployment across environments.
- Use the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Design and manage microservices architecture and contribute to detailed documentation and design specifications.
- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.
- Leverage AWS cloud services to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-native applications.
- Proactively monitor application performance using tools like Datadog and Logstash.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and promote a culture of innovation within the team.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and agile practices.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of proven experience in backend development with .NET technologies
- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET Core
- Hands-on experience in service and schema design, and integration patterns
- Solid experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., DynamoDB, SQL, ElasticCache)
- Proficient in developing unit tests and test automation
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid grasp of cloud architecture principles and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools like ELK stack and Datadog
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively
- Experience in microservices documentation and deployment processes
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with the airline industry or previous experience in travel/transportation domains
- Exposure to DevOps best practices and modern engineering culture
