We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Adobe Acrobat product management team based in Noida. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented product managers to define the long-term vision and strategy for Adobe Acrobat apps. You will contribute to business growth through innovative advancements in Generative AI. As a pivotal member of the product management team, you will shape the strategy, lead product development initiatives, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our global user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision and Strategy. Define and advocate for the product vision and strategy for Adobe Acrobat.
- Core Team Leadership. Work closely with the core product management team to drive Adobe’s overall strategy for flagship offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Execution. Implement the product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements by collaborating with customers, partners, internal teams, and senior management.
- Market Analysis. Conduct thorough research on customer needs and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Roadmap Development. Define prioritized feature requirements and develop an effective product roadmap.
- Performance Evaluation. Continuously measure and assess the effectiveness of the product roadmap in terms of customer satisfaction and business success.
- Communication. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of Adobe Acrobat products.
- Team Collaboration. Work closely with engineering teams, marketing, support, and partners to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- Experience. Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from a top-tier business school (e.g., IIM, XLRI, ISB) or equivalent experience.
- Professional Background. Minimum of 9 years of overall experience with at least 6 years of post-MBA experience in a business role.

- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude.
- Experience in agile software development practices within large team environments is desirable.
