Truelancer is seeking experienced software developers to join our team remotely. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you'll play a pivotal role in our enterprise gig work platform, facilitating the execution of diverse tasks across a vast network of gig workers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive experience in software development within an Agile environment to contribute effectively to our team.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile processes and ceremonies, leveraging them to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Design, code, and test applications using ReactJS and NodeJS, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements.
• Leverage React's wide range of libraries and toolchains such as Redux, React Intl, jest, npm, webpack, etc., to build robust applications.
• Apply practical knowledge of React Hooks and other components to optimize application performance and user experience.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across technology and product domains, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Additional experience in Jest, git, one-app, iguazu, XL Release, Splunk would be advantageous.
• Mandatory skills include proficiency in React JS, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
