We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years dedicated to Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering successful projects and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create responsive and efficient user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools as necessary.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and performance.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Pre-Requisites

1. Experience. A minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to Salesforce development.
2. Development Projects. Demonstrated experience working on development projects for at least 2 years.
3. Technical Skills. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in each.
4. Domain Knowledge. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com functionalities.
5. Certifications. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are preferred but not mandatory.
6. Communication Skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
