Key Responsibilities
- Design, Develop & Deploy. Create and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Technical Leadership. Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Requirement Analysis. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Customization & Configuration. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, and other Salesforce configurations.
- Security & Performance Optimization. Ensure Salesforce applications adhere to best practices in scalability, security, and performance.
- Integration Expertise. Implement and manage integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, and Salesforce Connect to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Mentorship & Code Reviews. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Stay Updated. Keep up with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Documentation. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security policies, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
