Responsibilities
- Solution Development. Design, develop, and implement intricate SAP solutions using ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP MDG, and other relevant technologies.
- Requirement Analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaboration. Work closely with functional teams to ensure developed solutions align with business objectives.
- Troubleshooting. Identify and resolve technical issues within SAP systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Documentation. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- System Optimization. Perform system analysis and optimization to ensure peak performance of SAP applications.
- Integration. Integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications and platforms to streamline operations.
- Continuous Learning. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Project Management. Lead and manage assigned SAP development projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource Management. Manage project resources effectively, track progress, and mitigate potential risks.
- Stakeholder Communication. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP development with expertise in ABAP, ABAP OO, and SAP MDG.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing complex SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in SAP MDG data modeling, workflows, and rule-based validations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in program management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
