Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to drive business decisions.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to optimize services, cost, and security.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop high-quality distributed system software.
• Contribute to an agile, startup-like development environment, focusing on the most critical tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling, of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
