Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, develop and review technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements across geographies.
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale distributed software solutions with a focus on automation, reliability, and monitoring.
- Ensure engineering excellence through modularized, secure, and reusable service components.
- Gain deep insights into Microsoft’s business needs to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of coding experience (or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Expertise in software engineering fundamentals, async programming, and object-oriented design.
- Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
- Proven ability to mentor, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Ability to meet security screening requirements.
