BOLD is seeking a skilled Salesforce Professional to drive continuous enhancements and improvements across the Salesforce Platform. You will play a crucial role in executing declarative tasks within projects, receiving inputs from various teams and providing expert recommendations for complex business problems. Your deep technical knowledge will be pivotal in establishing platform patterns and best practices to boost adoption, operational efficiency, and business value realization.
About This Team
The BOLD Platform Services team designs, creates, manages, and maintains highly scalable and distributed services for web, mobile applications, portals, and websites. We operate on a Microservices architecture using modern technologies such as .Net framework, Python, Java, SQL Server, MySQL, Graph DB, SOLR, ensuring fault tolerance and scalability for millions of users and transactions daily.
What You'll Do
- Develop Salesforce platform components, capabilities, and features using Salesforce Experience Cloud & Platform Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define and clarify scope for Salesforce platform integrations.
- Design and deliver APIs and abstractions to enhance flexibility for application developers.
- Implement and maintain security configurations and controls, adhering to best practices.
- Support platform utilization strategy, enhancing architecture, security, performance, and financial aspects.
- Contribute to platform, product, and architectural roadmaps.
- Provide expert Salesforce platform administration and support.
- Develop and configure Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, dashboards, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Lead solution design discussions, estimate work efforts, and present solutions.
- Automate deployments to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and assess their impact.
- Document solutions, integrations, and patterns to meet architectural, security, and operational requirements.
- Provide training, coaching, and support on Salesforce platform usage.
What You'll Need
- Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing domains, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform and integration approaches.
- 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions from design to production.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party solutions/applications and ETL processes.
- Experience with real-time dashboard and KPI automation.
- Familiarity with Einstein Bot Development, Einstein AI, Einstein Analytics, and administration.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell or shell scripting).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with A/B/C multi-variant testing.
- Good understanding of web services and REST/JSON architecture.
- Apex, Lightning component development, and Lightning design development skills preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration setup, user management, security controls, and data management.
- Proven ability to design custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation.
Experience. Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce: 4.5 years or more.
