Your primary responsibility will be to craft innovative solutions that streamline the cloud build-out process, addressing the unique challenges and complexities inherent in Sovereign cloud management. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Azure Sovereign Cloud platform, ensuring support for multiple classes of applications with a focus on consistency, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reliable, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Partner with engineering and Program Management teams to gather and understand customer, business, and technical requirements, providing valuable feedback to Azure Engineering.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex live site issues, leveraging your expertise in software and hardware components.
- Facilitate rapid deployment of code and monitoring of telemetry in cloud-scale environments.
- Design, develop, and operate large-scale, efficient, and reliable cloud services.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, plus 3+ years of technical engineering experience with proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or PowerShell, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cloud computing, enterprise computing, IaaS, and/or SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in online services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
