As we transition from on-premises solutions to a SaaS model hosted on Microsoft Azure, we're re-engineering our core platform to thrive in a dynamic, cost-efficient cloud environment. This new role is critical in our journey, focusing on enhancing the SimCorp Dimension product to leverage Azure's capabilities fully. You will be a key player in a newly formed team, shaping how we work and ensuring we deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis. Engage in the analysis of requirements to understand project needs.
- UI Development. Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for Front Office applications using Angular.
- Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements.
- Optimization. Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay current with industry trends and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise. Provide UI software design and architecture, test and deploy applications, and serve as a UI development expert.
- Agile Practices. Adhere to agile principles in all aspects of work.
What We Value
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Angular/Node.js.
- API Knowledge. Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, web sockets, and API communication layers.
- Testing Frameworks. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito, JEST).
- Additional Skills. Knowledge of Ag-Grid, DevExtreme, performance tuning, and test-driven development is a plus.
- Azure Experience. Experience working in an Azure environment is advantageous.
- Cultural Adaptability. Ability to work effectively in an international setting with diverse teams.
- Positive Attitude. A constructive, positive approach with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
