We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing, specifically in API testing. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive testing initiatives independently.
Experience. 2+ years
Primary Skill Set
- Strong skills in API testing (functional and automation).
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, and Ready API.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Comfortable interacting with business teams to clarify requirements.
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Hands-on experience in sanity, functional, and regression testing with detailed report generation.
- Familiarity with bug life cycles, issue reporting, prioritization, and managing release sign-offs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze automation requirements and develop corresponding test plans and strategies.
- Create, update, and execute automation scripts for project releases.
- Independently develop and enhance testing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to gather requirements and resolve testing challenges.
- Take ownership of test cycles and ensure complete end-to-end testing coverage.
- Ensure compliance with eQRM processes and timely delivery as per eQA standards.
- Contribute to testing efforts in Agile environments by actively participating in requirements grooming, Scrum meetings, business review calls, and release planning.
Soft Skills

- Excellent communication skills to effectively report progress and challenges.
- Willingness to work on diverse parts of the platform.
