Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team for an exciting upgrade project. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Duck Creek technologies to enhance our data insights capabilities, streamline processes, and deliver valuable analytics solutions to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Duck Creek Upgrade. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the Duck Creek upgrade project, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
  2. Data Integration. Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Duck Creek.
  3. Analytics Development. Create and maintain data models and analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  4. Report Generation. Develop and automate reporting tools and dashboards using Duck Creek and BI tools to facilitate real-time data access and analysis.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
  6. Quality Assurance. Conduct thorough testing and validation of data insights solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  7. Documentation. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, technical specifications, and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and report generation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and BI tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certification in Duck Creek Technologies or relevant data analytics certifications.
