Job Description

As a Technical Product Consultant at Adobe, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our Digital Marketing customers. You will tackle complex technical issues, educate customers, and contribute to product improvement. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, effective problem-solving skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via telephone and email, logging all interactions accurately.
  • Validate and report product bug reports with precision.
  • Educate customers on the effective use of Adobe Digital Marketing products.
  • Assist in testing new and enhanced products.
  • Manage projects expertly, adhering to timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Fully own and resolve support cases, contributing to the success of global teams.
  • Identify trends and potential issues, communicating effectively with relevant parties.
  • Support scalable and sustainable software solutions for Adobe’s largest customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product documentation.
  • Treat each support case as an opportunity to delight customers, despite external factors.
  • Participate in weekend or holiday coverage as part of a team rotation.
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.

Deep Technical Competence Required

  • Extensive knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Web 2.0, and web services.
  • Understanding of Internet/Digital Marketing concepts, including Mobile, DTM, and Tag Management.
  • Experience with SQL, database management, data insertion, and reporting APIs (SOAP, REST, PHP).
  • Familiarity with Mobile and Video programming solutions and Tag Management tools.
  • Experience with Adobe solutions like Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or other web analytics and optimization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex analytic implementation issues.
  • Practical knowledge of JQuery, Angular JS, or other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
  • Ability to analyze business problems using statistical methods on large datasets.
  • Experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead, or solution consultant.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) is desirable.
  • General familiarity with technologies such as Google, Tealium, Salesforce, and Pega.
  • Some experience in digital marketing, CRO, digital analytics, decision-making, campaign planning, and UX.
