What You Will Be Responsible For
- Research, create, and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation in multiple formats with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to our high standards.
- Contribute modular, structured content to our repository, promoting efficient documentation creation and minimizing redundancies.
- Participate in agile team ceremonies to optimize documentation processes and align with project timelines.
- Guide and support colleagues to maintain documentation quality and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and deliver valuable documentation.
- Contribute to workgroups to refine documentation standards and processes, enhancing value for our clients and SimCorp.
What We Value
- Minimum of five years’ experience in technical communication within software development organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Practical experience with topic-based authoring in a structured environment.
- Experience in financial environments, agile methodologies, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, software-as-a-service, git, and MadCap Flare are advantageous.
