We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant with expertise in ServiceMax field service integration and SAP. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of relevant experience, ready to take on a challenging position in a hybrid work setting (3 days on-site mandatory) across Pan India.

- BE, B. Tech, or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from a reputed institute
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceMax Administration/Development. Manage and develop ServiceMax with an understanding of Force.com, SFDC/ServiceMax/Field Service/Administrator, Visual Force, and Java.
- App Installation. Install applications and manage AppExchange integrations.
- Workflow Management. Design workflows, validation rules, approval processes, profiles, roles, and page layouts. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and process builders.
- ERP Integration. Integrate ServiceMax with ERP systems, including SAP and others.
- Data Management. Implement organization-wide data management strategies, ensuring secure and shared data access.
- User Management. Configure user profiles, organization-wide settings, and group-wide settings in ServiceMax.
- Master Data Loading. Load master data such as service teams, skills, and associated expertise.
- Customization. Customize dispatch console configurations, field updates, SFM wizards, transactions, and custom actions.
- Reporting. Generate service reports and service quotes.
- End-User Consultation. Assist end users with data mapping activities for SAP integration.
- Configuration Documentation. Create and manage System Design Documents (SDD) and configuration documents.
Admin Activities
- Manage ServiceMax objects related to work order management, case management, service flow manager, dispatch console, mobile configuration, MFL/FSA/mobile apps, parts requests, and more.
- Track user login history and adoption metrics.
Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in change sets and data loader.
- Experienced in ServiceMax user management, profile configuration, and organizational settings.
- Skilled in loading and managing master data.
- Strong customization skills for dispatch console configuration, field updates, SFM wizards, transactions, and custom actions.
- Extensive experience generating service reports and service quotes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP and ServiceMax Asset Service Management.
