Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs. You will work with various modules, customization, and integration, leveraging your deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and your technical expertise in JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ServiceNow Architecture. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities to drive effective solution design and implementation.
  2. Administration and Development. Manage and enhance ServiceNow administration and development tasks, ensuring system efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. JavaScript Proficiency. Utilize advanced JavaScript skills (both client-side and server-side) to develop custom scripts and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  4. Glide API Knowledge. Apply knowledge of Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideForm, GlideSystem, etc.) to create and manage complex data interactions and processes.
  5. Customizations. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs to tailor the ServiceNow environment to specific business requirements.
  6. CMDB Expertise. Work with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate configuration item tracking and relationship mapping.
  7. Workflow Design. Build and customize workflows using the Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Orchestration. Implement and manage ServiceNow Orchestration to automate tasks and integrate with external systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including client-side and server-side scripting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Glide API and its various components.
  • Demonstrated experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Hands-on experience with CMDB and its best practices.
  • Expertise in using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for workflow customization.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Orchestration and its application in automating business processes.
