Your Role and Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Developer at IBM, you'll be deeply involved in various aspects of configuring and implementing the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include.

  • Assisting clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of ServiceNow Applications.
  • Collaborating closely with business consultants, project teams, and client resources to define, detail, and scope technical requirements into solution architecture.
  • Contributing to the design and development of client-specific needs, including API-based integrations and custom design for UX/UI.
  • Performing ServiceNow module-specific implementation and configuration.
  • Conducting delivery testing, validation, and hypercare activities.
  • You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within ServiceNow and other areas of interest.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting patch/release management issues, focusing on specific products (IT, HR, GRC, CSM, etc.).
  • Developing UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows.
  • Maintaining JavaScript server/client code.
  • Creating new HR service catalog requests and items with variables.
  • Creating, monitoring, modifying, and publishing service catalog workflows with approvals.
  • Creating access control rules (ACLs).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 years of experience working on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certifications – Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience with JavaScript and XML.
  • ITIL V3/V4.
