We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing high-quality, scalable applications while leveraging ServiceNow’s Flow Designer and Automation Platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance system efficiency. The role also involves managing incidents, requests, changes, and events within enterprise environments, ensuring optimal performance and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop High-Quality Applications. Design, implement, and test robust, scalable code aligned with the needs of the business.
- ServiceNow Expertise. Leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, Automation Platform, and CMDB to automate processes and enhance system performance.
- End-to-End AIOps Automation. Design and implement comprehensive AIOps automation solutions for enterprise applications, optimizing operational workflows.
- Incident, Request, Change Management. Manage and streamline incident, request, and change processes, ensuring a smooth and proactive IT operation.
- Database Integration. Work with ServiceNow MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, Sybase, ensuring seamless integration and efficient SQL query executions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Programming Expertise. Strong scripting/programming skills in Python and JavaScript to design and automate processes.
- Linux & Windows Systems. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Linux RHEL Servers, Linux Shell Scripting, and Ansible, as well as Windows Servers with PowerShell Scripting for automating system management tasks.
- Database Management. Experience with integrating databases with ServiceNow, including MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and more, alongside executing SQL queries efficiently.
- ServiceNow RPA Platform. Exposure to ServiceNow's RPA platform for automating repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Event, Alert, Incident, Request, Change Management modules in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITOM (IT Operations Management) for enhanced automation and system monitoring.
