Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Implement ITIL processes using ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
- Utilize JavaScript to create custom ServiceNow functionalities.
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB and Performance Analytics.
- Highly prefer experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services and other technologies.
- Ensure robust security configurations in ServiceNow related to networking and firewalls.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide efficient solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
- Proven track record of 7-12 years in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
