Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced algorithms for analyzing visual, textual, and interactive content on LinkedIn.
  • Create state-of-the-art models for content classification, scaling to millions of pieces across diverse categories.
  • Implement supervised and semi-supervised models for hundreds of millions of members, optimizing content relevance and engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end model development and deployment at LinkedIn's global scale.
  • Mentor junior engineers in applying machine learning techniques to solve business challenges.
  • Showcase LinkedIn's innovation in data products and contribute to academic and industry forums.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in areas such as Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, or large language models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning or related domains.
  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with software engineering practices.
  • Track record of publishing in academic or industry venues.
