Broadcom is looking Software Engineer in Tel Aviv University, Israel.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos.
• Responsible for design, implementation, test and maintenance of software modules to a high quality.
• Develop and execute test strategies, project test plans, test case automation, reports and online documentation.
• Participate in peer reviews. • Strive regularly to increase the code coverage numbers for test code.
• Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Able to work in various layers of the software stack.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment.
• Good debugging and problem solving either individually or in a team.
• Participate in team discussion on continual improvement.
• Share information and help co-workers.
• 5+ years experience with in-depth knowledge of C/C++ and object oriented design.
• Strong understanding of Inter-process Communication, Multi-process and Multi-threaded programming required.
• Excellent knowledge of Design patterns
• Windows Kernel Development experience is a BIG PLUS.
• A fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower.
• Takes ownership and has a sense of pride in their work.
• Strong knowledge of Design patterns
• Good software engineering skills are a must, as you’ll be working with some of the best in the industry.
• Excellent Automation skills.
• Experience developing highly secure, scalable, Internet facing solutions.
• Experience with User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of Databases, SQL, Networking and Storage a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's + 8+ years of experience or Master's + 6+ years of experience required
