What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate software engineer who thrives on solving enterprise-level challenges at scale. You'll play a pivotal role in developing innovative services for our customers, joining a supportive team that values engineering excellence, technical rigor, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development, prioritizing technical direction, quality, usability, and performance, while leveraging data-driven insights.
• Engage in live site operations to ensure timely responses, deliveries, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in building cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Technical expertise in object-oriented programming, design principles, algorithms, database concepts, performance optimization, NoSQL technologies, and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrable skills in coding, debugging, design, testing, and problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP/CRM software.
• Knowledge of microservices principles.
• Proficiency in X++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
