Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support customers who have integrated SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) technology into their websites and applications. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure the seamless implementation and functionality of SAP CDC, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support. Offer technical support and solutions for customers using SAP CDC technology, addressing issues related to integration, functionality, and performance.
  2. Technical Expertise. Utilize your knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer queries.
  3. Programming and APIs. Apply your general understanding of programming languages and APIs to offer comprehensive support and solutions.
  4. Problem Solving. Leverage your experience in creative problem solving to address and resolve customer challenges effectively.
  5. Customer Interaction. Engage with customers in a professional manner, utilizing your 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles to provide exceptional service.
  6. Flexibility. Adapt to early working hours in the APJ time zone on a rotational basis as required to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Web Development Experience. Demonstrated experience with web technologies and programming languages.
  2. SaaS Experience. Previous experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions is advantageous.
  3. Customer-Facing Experience. At least 2 years of experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers.
