Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Application Development. Design and build robust web applications using Laravel and PHP.
2. Front-End Integration. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user interfaces.
3. Cloud Server Management. Deploy, configure, and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Problem-Solving. Analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
5. Scalability and Performance. Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
6. Database Design and Optimization. Design efficient data models and work with SQL databases to enhance performance.
7. Code Quality and Best Practices. Adhere to coding standards, write clean and maintainable code, and follow best practices.
8. Collaboration. Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
9. Security. Address security updates and vulnerabilities related to Laravel and project dependencies.
10. Back-End Collaboration. Partner with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and align with stakeholder requirements.
11. Lifecycle Management. Lead the entire development lifecycle from concept to delivery and provide post-launch support.

Qualifications

1. Experience. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
2. Front-End Skills. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Cloud Services. Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
4. Problem-Solving. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Database Expertise. Hands-on experience with SQL schema design and query optimization (MySQL).
6. Additional Frameworks. Experience with other back-end frameworks (Symfony, CI) and CMS (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
7. Front-End Frameworks. Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js is advantageous.
8. Containerization. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
9. Testing. Experience with software testing frameworks (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat).
10. Version Control. Proficient in Git.
11. Communication. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
