We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG). This role involves ensuring adherence to quality processes across our software development projects. You will be responsible for internal auditing, project reviews, and ensuring compliance with established processes. This position reports directly to the Head of Quality & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Internal Auditing and Reviews. Conduct regular audits and reviews of ongoing projects to ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards.
- Process Compliance. Monitor and enforce adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) concepts, including Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation. Identify project risks and gaps in process implementation, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Reporting and Presentation. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, process metrics analysis, and compliance status. Present these reports to the Head of Quality & Compliance for review and strategic decision-making.
- ISO and CMMI Standards. Drive implementation and compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and CMMI standards within the software development processes.
- Tool Proficiency. Utilize project collaboration tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure transparency across teams.
- Continuous Improvement. Implement DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodologies to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Required Skills
- Strong Knowledge Base. Solid understanding of SDLC concepts and methodologies, Agile frameworks (SCRUM), and project management practices.
- Quality Standards. Experience in implementing ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and familiarity with CMMI standards.
- Tool Proficiency. Proficient in project collaboration tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. Experience in configuring JIRA structures and dashboards.
- Analytical Skills. Ability to perform metric analysis, gap analysis, and derive actionable insights from data.
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and compliance reports.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration. Proven leadership skills to guide teams towards process compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
