SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities

1. SQL Query Development. Write and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
2. Database Performance Optimization. Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient database operations and minimize query runtime.
3. Stored Procedures & Functions. Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and functions to streamline database processes.
4. Collaboration with Java API Developers. Work closely with Java API developers to optimize and simplify database calls, ensuring streamlined data access and integration.
5. Data Integration & Databricks Experience. Utilize Databricks for data processing and analysis to support various business requirements.
6. Documentation & Standards Compliance. Adhere to industry best practices, document processes, and maintain high standards in coding and database management.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong PostgreSQL Experience. Proven track record with PostgreSQL, including hands-on experience in database design and management.
2. Advanced SQL Query Writing. Demonstrated expertise in writing complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
3. SQL Performance Tuning. Proficiency in diagnosing and optimizing SQL query performance to enhance efficiency.
4. Stored Procedures and Functions. Skilled in creating and optimizing stored procedures and functions to improve data handling.
5. Java API Collaboration. Experience working with Java API developers to optimize and simplify database calls.
6. Databricks Proficiency. Knowledge of Databricks for advanced data analytics and integration.
