  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough content strategies.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Drive initiatives based on data-driven insights, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Work on innovative projects such as interactive chatbots and new interaction models.
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of customer service, addressing communication requests with flexibility and agility.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in content writing within the consumer internet industry.
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology and strong narrative skills.
  • Ability to present and defend creative ideas that improve customer experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Content Management Systems.
  • Experience working with customer experience teams is an advantage.
