Your Role
- Understand business requirements within a BI context and design data models to facilitate the transformation of raw data into actionable insights.
- Utilize your solid technical background to develop dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently monitor them to drive decision-making.
- Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid in decision-making processes.
- Create relationships between data sets and develop tabular and multidimensional data models.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, utilizing DAX queries and functions.
- Facilitate performance management-related workshops and drive and support global projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with global locations on KPIs and quality reporting.
Your Success Is Grounded In
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a fast learning ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
