What You Will Do
- Lead Vision and Strategy. Define and execute the vision for mobile device design, crafting seamless experiences and interaction patterns that set industry standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams. Partner closely with Product, Research, Engineering, and Marketing to identify impactful user experiences and drive key objectives.
- Ensure Design Excellence. Guide and review designs for clarity, consistency, and quality, ensuring intuitive content creation experiences on mobile.
- Mentor and Lead. Manage and develop a team of designers, fostering creativity, innovation, and a commitment to user-centric design principles.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience. 8+ years in product design, launching innovative and scalable products that delight users.
- Leadership. 4+ years of managerial experience, with a proven track record of hiring, training, and developing design talent.
- Creative Excellence. Advocate for creativity, user obsession, and forward-thinking to deliver valuable solutions.
- Collaboration. Build a collaborative environment that encourages partnerships across functions and upholds high standards for design quality.
- Communication. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Mobile Expertise. Proficiency in mobile design patterns and best practices.
